Job Title: Account Manager Reports to: Sales Manager Location: London – 2 days per week in the office Contract: Permanent, Full-time Our client provides a full suite of cloud services designed to help businesses excel in a secure, digital environment. As an Account Manager, you will be essential to maintaining client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the seamless delivery of solutions tailored to their needs. Maintain and enhance client relationships through proactive account management. Forecast sales and track account performance using CRM tools. Act as the main point of contact for all client account matters. Provide regular reports on account status and progress. Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar Account Manager or client-facing role, preferably in the IT or cloud services industry Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical skills, with experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting. Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and maintain attention to detail. Occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.
