Private Client Associate – Solicitor/Legal Executive- legal 100 law firm - Hybrid
Location: Birmingham City centre
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + Bonus (depending on experience)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 day from home)
About the Role:
Our client is seeking an ambitious Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the Private Client department in there Birmingham offices. The department is known for providing exceptional legal advice both locally and nationally, handling a wide range of Private Client matters including Tax & Estate Planning, Wills & Probate, Trusts, and Court of Protection cases.
The department handles a broad range of Private Client matters, including Tax & Estate Planning, Wills & Probate, Trusts, and Court of Protection cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare wills and lasting powers of attorney
- Obtain grants of probate
- Advise on estate planning, tax, and trusts
- Manage a range of other Private Client matters
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Private Client work, with a strong background in the areas mentioned above.
