Key Responsibilities

• Train, motivate, and lead staff to deliver outstanding service
• Ensure a consistently high-quality dining experience by maintaining service standards and addressing customer feedback.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, financial results, and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills
