Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and driven Multilingual Sales Executive to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be a natural communicator with a talent for building relationships and a strong ability to close sales. As a Sales Executive at Escape Campus English School, you will play a key role in promoting our courses, engaging with prospective students, and contributing to our mission of providing excellent language education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with prospective students through various channels (phone, email, social media, face-to-face).
  • Provide detailed information about our courses and services to potential students.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Represent Escape Campus English School at events and exhibitions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the education or language learning sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Multilingual proficiency – ability to speak and write in at least two languages fluently. (Additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping students achieve their language learning goals.
