Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours a week
Hybrid Working – 3 Days in the Office
Based in London – White City, West London, moving to Camden Town in Oct 2024
We are now recruiting for an experienced and passionate Girlswear Designer within our Kidswear team based in London.

About the Role
The Designer will be part of the dedicated Kidswear team and will report to the Design Manager. Working within a small team, this role will be hands on and will create and develop design concepts for young and older girlswear. Working closely with the team you will be involved in all aspects of the business from initial concept to finished product and ensure we are providing high quality latest fashion to our customers. The business is fast paced and we require the Designer to be reactive, agile, resilient and well organised.
We are looking for a Senior Designer who is:
- Experienced high-street fashion design across girlswear
- Commercially aware of current trends and themes, developing the brand and working with production to ensure all products are designed and manufactured in line with the customers’ direction and critical path within sometimes tight deadlines.
- An excellent communicator and someone who is comfortable working with colleagues and customers at all levels, including customers and factories and third parties based in the Far East and Europe
- Highly organised, efficient and able to work to tight deadlines
- Have experience working within in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel), photoshop and Illustrator, 3D design skills are beneficial
- Ability to design shape, graphics would be a great benefit.
- To have garment technical knowledge, and ability to generate detailed tech packs
- Driven and results orientated
- Proactive, positive and solutions focused
- Educated to degree level, ideally in a qualification related to fashion design, business or retail
