HGC Global Communication is seeking a global account manager for international telecom or CPaaS organisations to drive and develop our Mobile Intelligence business. Mobile Intelligence involves providing insights about the mobile number to OTT, Digital Identity and CPaaS providers to enable easier and more secure online experiences. Our expanding list of data point includes Mobile Number Portability (MNP) data to subscriber data as well as authentication services such as number verify. As the Business Manager - Mobile Intelligence, you will be responsible for defining and implementing commercially, viable partnerships with customers in this space. You will not only be finding and developing your customers but will also use your customer insights to help drive the development of our new digital business lines and mobile intelligence specifically. Key Responsibilities: Identify and land new wholesale opportunities for Mobile Intelligence services including number verify, subscriber match, MNP (routing) services globally as part of our team. Expand customer volumes, sales, and profitability through proactive account management. Drive commercial negotiations for Mobile Intelligence services. Cross – sell international A2P SMS, voice and digital services to Mobile Intelligence customers and generate incremental revenue. Work closely with the product team to drive the product development to better meet customer requirements. Role Requirements: Be a self-starter, highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment that is continually changing. Strong desire to succeed and achieve results. Excellent team player, highly motivated individual. Have strong account management, negotiation & communication skills. Proven time management and organizational skills and ability to be self-directed. You have competencies within strategy, market, commercial and business understanding. Experience within Telecoms Account Management and Business Development with global operators/carriers. Experience within the Mobile Intelligence/MNP/Identity space advantageous.
