About you:An ambitious Sous Chef with at least 2 years' experience cooking to a quality standard at this level.Confident to manage the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.Work with the Head Chefs to create new initiatives for driving food sales and achieving GP targetsExperience of working in a professional kitchen and able to demonstrate a clear understanding of Health and Safety.Good communication skills.A team player who's willing to work hard and help motivate your team to get the best results.Hungry to learn new techniques and develop your career - you should be ready for a new challenge.Willing to work in multiple sites.
