You could be helping pupils to manage their emotions, communication effectively, or to engage with the activities they are taking part in! Academics provide staff to a massive range of SEND and SEMH schools, so there are opportunities to work with children with complex needs, challenging behaviours, social emotional and mental health needs, or physical disabilities.
