Our client is a leader in renewable energy and are looking for an experienced corporate/commercial paralegal to join their team on a permanent basis to start ASAP. You will be required to commute to their central London office 3 days per week. On offer is a competitive remuneration package and ongoing opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities will include:
- drafting and proofreading relevant legal documents including commercial agreements, engagement letters, marketing documentation and NDAS;
- working on corporate transactions
- drafting transaction and ancillary documentation
- buyer and seller due diligence
- carrying out legal research for the team
- providing general legal support to the team including support on projects for the wider business
To be considered for this opportunity you will be an experienced paralegal with 2+ years in a similar capacity gained in a law firm or in-house. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of organizational and stakeholder management skills, be able to work to deadlines and manage a varied workload.
