You will manage the operations of the ticketing department, ensuring accurate, efficient, and professional support for all travel programs within the travel business. Ticketing Manager Responsibilities include: Oversee the daily operation of the ticketing team, ensuring high levels of performance and accuracy. Lead, manage, and support a team of ticketing executives to meet company goals. Assist the ticketing team with daily tasks, ensuring seamless service delivery. Collaborate with sales teams to resolve air-related issues and queries efficiently. Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal company procedures. Contribute to ongoing process improvements to optimize ticketing operations. Ticketing Manager Key Requirements include: Proven experience in ticketing and travel management, with leadership experience preferred. Excellent understanding of air ticketing procedures and travel systems. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus ideally) is necessary for this role.
