Foundation Recruitment are collaborating exclusively with Praxis, a leading Real Estate investor, landlord and operator of retail and commercial property on the recruitment of a Head of Facilities Management, overseeing an extensive business space portfolio of c. 50 buildings across the UK. This is a strategic role where you will manage a team Regional Facilities Managers (RFMs) and engage directly with clients and high-level stakeholders. If you have a strong background in hard services and multi-site management, and are ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.


The Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a commercial FM team of RFMs across a national portfolio, ensuring effective communication and performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the portfolio, focusing on hard services and technical projects.
  • Provide M&E strategies to align with the company-wide ESG strategies and align operational delivery with the Praxis business plan, in coordination with the Asset Managers.
  • Maintain direct communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Perform regular site visits to maintain an on-site presence and support the RFMs to ensure delivery of KPIs and objectives.

What you need:

  • At least 5-10 years of experience and success in a similar role
  • Experience managing a substantial team across a multi-site operation, preferably commercial
  • Technical qualifications / expertise
  • The drive and determination to strategically operate on a national level
