We are expanding our modern workshop in Leeds and looking for talented technicians to join our growing team. We offer a competitive basic salary ranging from £28,600 to £49,800, depending on your experience and qualifications. This is based on a 40-hour workweek, which includes rotational Saturdays and the opportunity for an additional over-performance bonus. Our innovative two-week shift pattern includes 4 working days in week 1 with a set day off, and a full Monday-to-Friday schedule in week 2, providing an excellent work-life balance. Our compensation packages are tailored to your experience and accreditations, with the following earning potential: * Service and Maintenance Technicians: Basic salary up to £38,000 * Service and Diagnostic Technicians: Basic salary up to £39,200 * Senior Technicians: Basic salary up to £44,000 * Master Technicians: Basic salary up to £49,800 As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining, servicing, and repairing vehicles to the highest standard, ensuring customer satisfaction through first-time fixes and quality workmanship. You’ll handle everything from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics and repairs, ensuring every vehicle is in top condition.
