Our client is a leading Civil Engineering company currently going through a sustained period of growth in the business. Due to recent contract awards, they are looking to expand their SHEQ management team with a Quality & Systems Manager to oversee utility and traffic management works.
Salary to 60k Car Allowance Stakeholder Pension 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Key Essentials:
This is primarily an office-based position where you will be required to review and revise documentation to incorporate changes to policies and objectives to stay in line with ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 accreditations
Ensure that quality procedures and processes used on projects are standardised and integrated into the management system
Provide competent advice to the management team on the SHEQ Management System
Represent the company on quality issues during SHEQ meetings
Reviewing project quality plans and documents produced by the operation teams
Devising and establishing the SHEQ policies, procedures, templates, and guidance notes
Supporting the commercial team by reviewing all applicable subcontractor documentation
Requirements:
You should ideally be qualified with NEBOSH accreditation
Previous experience as a Quality Manager in the utilities or highways industry
Experience maintaining ISO9001, 14001 & 45001 accreditations
