Interested in joining our team as an office coordinator, working within a dynamic and welcoming recruitment office, based in the centre of Maidstone?! This is a temporary role paying £12phr Monday to Friday 40hrs per week Temp to perm available for the right candidate What You'll Do: Collaborate with consultants to understand client requirements and candidate profiles. Utilise various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking. Volume recruitment - screening job applications and assessing suitability for specific roles. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships. Arranging and managing interviews. Carrying out all necessary pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy, relevant legislation and client specific onboarding processes.The Ideal Candidate: Customer service focused. Motivated and enthusiastic. Excellent time management skills - able to manage conflicting or changing priorities on a daily basis. Strong administrative skills. Experience in working to tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in recruitment, administration or a related field is preferred.
