My client, a leading global insurance broker based in London, are looking for a Compliance Business Partner to join a dynamic and collegiate team of 4. Reporting into the Head of Compliance, this role will entail being the main point of contact for business units for regulatory compliance advice, keeping abreast of regulatory changes through horizon scanning, implementing policies and procedures and contributing to the development of the compliance function.
The ideal candidate will have considerable regulatory compliance experience within the insurance sector, with a preference towards Lloyds Market experience. Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management are required, acting as a trusted business partner.
Salary is competitive + bonus and there is only a need to go into the office once a week.
