Job overview / purpose As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in both internal and external projects, focusing on digital transformation, process automation, and AI initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, while supporting teams through each phase of transformation. This position demands a high level of autonomy, strong analytical skills, and leadership in the design and implementation of solutions. Lead Business Analysis activity for digital transformation projects utilising Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365). Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process optimisation. Gather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals. Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes and provide actionable insights. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business cases, process flows, and functional specifications. Identify and mitigate risks associated with business processes and projects. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry best practices. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital transformation projects. Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365). Experience with business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Azure DevOps, JIRA). Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
