You will be working alongside a team of Maintenance Operative's performing a range of maintenance and repair tasks. This will vary from Electrical to Carpentry and Plumbing work. You will require your own Van. This position would suit a Handyperson / Tradesperson , looking for a local role offering good overtime rates and stable work. The Role: Carrying out maintenance on residential sites. Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry work (Multi-Skilled). Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week within North London.The Candidate: Handyperson background or experience in one of the following trades: Carpentry Brickwork Roofing Plastering Mechanical Plumbing Building Fabric Will need your own Van.
