M&E Quantity Surveyor

Are you an M&E Quantity Surveyor with experience working on railway projects for a railway M&E subcontractor?

Do you have experience with NEC3 contracts?

Rate: £400 per day outside IR35 - LTD
Location: Southwest London (3 days in the office, occasional site travel)
Contract Length: 6 months +

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a subcontractor on the Piccadilly Line Upgrades for TFL.

Due to the nature of the work, only candidates with previous experience working for a railway subcontractor can be considered for this opportunity.

NEC3 experience is also essential.

Essential:
- M&E Quantity Surveyor with experience working on railway projects for a railway M&E subcontractor.
-NEC3 experience.

Desirable:
- JCT experience.
