The Job   The Company:  Our client is a UK-based manufacturer of external solutions operating successfully in the UK market for over 15 years.  With significant growth over the past three years, they are looking to expand their dynamic specification sales team with opportunities for career development, advancement into senior roles, and potentially into management.  Their focus is on delivering high-quality products and services, and as a respected brand in the industry they take pride in their ability to meet demand without any supply chain issues.  This is an environment that values autonomy and trusts team members to manage their work independently, so you will have the freedom to build relationships and manage projects your way, with no micromanagement.  The Role of the Specification Sales Manager  As a social housing focused Specification Sales Manager, you will join a growing team to promote a broad range of external wall insulation systems for social housing projects, both for new builds and retrofits.  You will be targeting large-scale projects with housing associations, local authorities, and architects, leveraging the extensive funding available.  Working directly with main contractors, installers, and architects to protect specifications and ensure smooth project delivery.  There are realistic and achievable targets in place.  Benefits of the Specification Sales Manager  Up to £70k Basic Salary  £100k OTE  Uncapped Commission  Company Car or Car Allowance  25 days holiday  Healthcare  Pension  The Ideal Person for the Specification Sales Manager   At the higher end of the salary range, we are seeking candidates with specific experience in external wall insulation or related render, cladding or building envelope systems.  Experience working with social housing projects as well as a strong understanding of the specification process and tracking projects through to the contractor / installer.  You will be a proactive and self-motivated ‘hunter’ as this is a business development role focusing on securing new business opportunities.  If you are an ambitious sales professional with a background in EWI, render systems, or social housing specification sales, and you are ready to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
