Portfolio Associate – Pan-European Real Estate Private Equity Our client is one of the top 10 real estate private equity firms with over $100 Billion AUM across their platform. You will work across their UK and European Portfolio that is a mixture of offices, industrial and logistics, retail, data centres and residential. You must be analytical and have strong financial modelling capability. Being able to build and develop financial analysis of the fund models. Reviewing and monitoring the performance and business plans of existing assets. To manage and control asset site inspections. To be able to work with other areas of the business such as asset management etc to pull together relevant analysis. Update surveys, market research and relevant industry content. Educated to degree level (preferably in business, finance or real estate). ~ Excellent report writing. ~ The role is paying a competitive salary, dependent on experience, plus benefits and bonus.
