Job Title: Legionella Administrator / CoordinatorLocation: Yate, SomersetSalary/Benefits: £23k - £30k + Training & BenefitsOur Client is seeking a Legionella Administrator / Coordinator to join their team in the South West region. Applicants will need to hold experience working within the industry, and must have excellent client-facing skills. Our Client is a busy and well-respected outfit, as such, incoming candidates will be expected to uphold high levels of customer service and efficiency.Ideal locations of candidates include: Yate, Thornbury, Bristol, Bath, Keynsham, Sherston, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Dursley, Portishead, Severn Beach, Filton, Long Ashton, Chew Magna, Yatton, Clevedon, Weston-super-Mare, Winscombe, Melksham, Chippenham.Experience / Qualifications:- Must have experience working as an Administrator / Coordinator for a Water / Legionella / Environmental outfit- Will need excellent written ability and IT application knowledge, such as the Office suite- Will ideally hold some industry knowledge and understanding- Organised and efficient work ethic- Strong communicative skills and able to represent the company in a professional mannerThe Role:- Assisting in daily operations within a busy Water / Legionella outfit- Managing the diaries of multiple site staff, arranging appointments directly with Clients- Answering incoming enquiries from Clients and internal staff members- Updating company records and processing data- Providing administrative support to site staff and members of management- Working to KPIs and SLAsAlternative job titles: Water Hygiene Administrator, Project Coordinator, Legionella Administrator, Environmental Administrator.Future Select are recruiting in the Water Treatment/Hygiene industry; we work with the best clients & candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the market.We would be interested in speaking to candidates with experience in any disciplines from Risk Assessors, Service Engineers, Account Managers and Business Development/Operational Managers through to Director level.
