Key Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret recruitment data to provide insights and reports. Manage and optimize data within Bullhorn CRM to enhance performance. Deliver actionable analytics and dashboards to support decision-making. Collaborate with various teams to ensure data accuracy and efficiency. Requirements: Proven experience in data analysis and management information systems. Expertise in Bullhorn CRM . Excel expert (advanced formulas, macros, data visualization).
