Role Overview: As an Agency Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding clients property portfolios. You will be responsible for handling acquisitions, disposals, and leasing of commercial properties, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of commercial properties. Provide expert advice on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and prepare detailed reports. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company’s growth strategy. Collaborate with the wider team to deliver seamless service and achieve targets. Requirements: Proven experience as an Agency Surveyor, ideally within the commercial property sector. Strong understanding of the Birmingham property market. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. RICS qualification or working towards it is preferred.
