Senior Design Engineer 12 Months (Initially)£550 - £575 per dayOUTSIDE IR35 Berkshire Please note: the client can only consider candidates who have an active Security Clearance.iO Associates has partnered with a Defence & Nuclear client in the recruitment of a Senior EC&I Engineer, to work on a project for initially 12 months.Working amongst a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for proving designs for the Facility Design Authority (FDA), ensuring designs for utilities, infrastructure, engineering processes, equipment and facilities are compliant to the governing body and design process. Skillset required is:Extensive knowledge of legislation and standards applicable to engineering designClear, and confident communicator to work amongst a multi-discipline design, relaying designs effectivelyKnowledgeable and prior experience working within nuclear and/or high hazard facilities (such as Petro-chemical, pharmaceutical etc)A good awareness of relevant legislation, supporting ACOP, best practice, and common industry standards Ideally the client is looking for a contractor to start within the next 2 weeks.If this contract is of interest, apply to the link for consideration!
