With a commitment to excellence, they provide tailored solutions that ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Your new role

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative, hands-on marketing professional who can work independently, with a passion for growing a brand in the construction consultancy space. As the only marketing team member, you will lead efforts to enhance the company’s market presence, drive lead generation, and create brand awareness through a mix of digital, content, and traditional marketing strategies.

- Brand Management: Strengthen and manage brand identity and positioning, ensuring consistent communication across all channels.

- Content Creation: Create and manage engaging content for websites, social media, blogs, case studies, and other marketing materials that highlight the company’s expertise and achievements.

- Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns, oversee website updates, and handle email marketing efforts to drive traffic and generate leads.

- Social Media Management: Develop a strong social media presence by managing the company’s social profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) to engage with the industry and grow the audience.

- Event Planning & Management: Organise and manage industry events, webinars, and exhibitions to promote services and network with potential clients.

- Market Research: Conduct regular market research to understand trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.

- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to make informed decisions and optimise campaigns.

- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective solutions for maximum ROI.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the project management, business development, and client service teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and project outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the construction, architecture, or consultancy industries. Proven ability to work independently.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

- Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, social media, and content marketing.

- Creative & Analytical Skills: Ability to think creatively to develop engaging marketing campaigns, while being able to analyse data to measure success and make improvements.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to adapt to messaging for different platforms.

- Project Management: Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- Self-Starter: Comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative to drive marketing efforts forward in a small team environment.

- Design Skills (Preferred): Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visual marketing content is a plus.
