About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join our inclusive and supportive school community. As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our young learners, helping them to develop a love for learning and achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students, including those with special educational needs. Your role will involve working closely with a dedicated team of teachers and support staff to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can succeed. You will be expected to use innovative teaching methods and incorporate technology into your lessons to make learning exciting and accessible for all students. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Experience teaching Key Stage 1 (KS1) students. • A commitment to inclusive education and closing the attainment gap. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive school culture. • Enthusiasm for working in a multicultural environment and celebrating diversity. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum for KS1. • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN. • Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents. • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect and encourages collaboration. • Work closely with other teachers and support staff to plan and implement school-wide initiatives.
