Partnership Manager

We are looking for a Partnership Manager to join our fantastic client in the West Midlands & London in their Business Development & Partnership Development Team to support their client & business growth. As the Partnership Manager you will contribute to and effectively support of our clients fundraising & income generation environments. The role requires: • Ensure a broad-ranging and inclusive partnership. This includes: • Responsibility to develop and implement fund raising strategies & supporting the Head of Business Development. • Engage with all existing client partners & research new potential target businesses, to secure income. • Representing client & provide strong support to internal colleagues in their external engagement • Exploring new revenue avenues of collaboration and new funding options to maximise income and return on investment for the company. • Working closely with Head of BD, mitigating measures and setting adequate monitoring mechanisms to support wider award management processes. About you To be successful, it is important that you have: • Business development exposure in any of the following sectors; Financial services &/ Debt, government, retail, debt management or Public Sector. • Proven experience of providing creative and innovative approaches in developing new initiatives that contribute towards company objectives. • Experience in relationship management • Experience of undertaking charity & public sector trend & research, finding relevant, reliable, and up to date information quickly. • Self-driven: ability to take a pro-active approach and work on own initiative; problem-solving skills and creative thinking in fluid or less structured environments. • Excellent coordination and relationship building skills in forming and maintaining both internal and external relationships. • Strong analytical skills with ability to present complex information in a clear manner Please share your CV with (url removed)
