Our client a blue-chip Tier 1 contractor have a requirement for a Construction Administrator to join their team based in Sandhurst. Please note you be on site at least 3 days a week and WHH from the rest. There is some travel between sites. The company are an established Contractor who specialise in government construction and refurbishment frameworks. They are looking to appoint a Construction Administrator to coordinate the use of internal systems, this will require training new users and ensuring the data uploaded is accurate. You will be responsible for:
- Managing in boxes - creating meeting invites, and responding to emails
- Arranging meetings, conferences, lunches.
- Travel booking for events
- Preparing slide decks
- Chasing project actions, primarily from the senior management team
- Supporting the marketing lead with admin tasks Taking minutes
- Ordering PPE/ Stationery
