SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you looking for a rewarding role in education? We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and passionate SEN TA to join our team and take on a daily supply role. Based in Ealing, this role would see you working 8.30am to 3.30pm each day, with the potential for more hours if you are available. You would be supporting SEN pupils in a mainstream school setting, providing additional support and ensuring the pupils are able to get the best out of their education. We are looking for someone with previous SEN experience, who is patient and understanding. You should be able to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff, and be able to maintain a calm and professional manner at all times. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work with minimal supervision. In addition, we would expect you to have a good understanding of the different educational needs of SEN pupils, and be able to work with a range of pupils with different needs. You should be able to use your own initiative and problem-solve, whilst displaying a positive 'can-do' attitude. In return, you will be rewarded with a competitive daily rate of up to £100.
