Customer Service Administrator Location: Uxbridge, Middlesex Hourly Rate: £11.44 per hour Contract: Temporary - 6 weeks (with potential extension) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm Are you experienced in B2C customer service and looking for an immediate start in a temporary role? We have an urgent opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy team in Uxbridge for approximately six weeks. This role is focused on clearing a backlog of email enquiries and issuing refunds for orders impacted by stock availability issues. Key Responsibilities: • Managing a backlog of around 500 B2C email enquiries. • Issuing refunds to customers for unavailable stock items. • Progressing available items from the order once out-of-stock products have been removed. • Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order processing. Ideal Candidate: • Previous B2C customer service experience, ideally in retail or a similar fast-paced environment. • Strong computer skills and comfort managing a high volume of emails. • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. • Ability to work independently, staying organised and efficient under pressure. • Available to start immediately and commit to the duration of the booking.
