County Foods, a successful supplier of meat products, delicatessen and dry goods to the catering industry, are currently recruiting anExperienced Butcherto work within our busy night shift team.
As an experienced Butcher you will prepare fresh and frozen meats to a high standard and to individual customer specification for supply to both retail and the catering trade. Reporting to either a Shift Supervisor or Manager, you will work on a butchers block, as part of a team of production personnel.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:will have previous experience as a Butcher. You will be both talented and enthusiastic about butchery and ideally have previously worked in fresh meat production for catering establishments. We are looking for people who are both; ambitious and prepared to go the extra mile in order to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
WORKING HOURS:40 or 48 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday nights, 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. (40-hour contracts will have 1 night off during the week to be agreed).
SALARY: Starting at £13.39 per hour. Plus night shift allowance of £10 per night worked.
