They are looking to build their practice with experienced consultants following the establishment of their senior leadership team.The unique aspect of this role is the opportunity for greater exposure to senior client relationships, ownership of projects, and a real spotlight on your career from day one, versus the typical experience in a larger consultancy.The business:My client has a real depth of expertise in Capital Markets, including specialisms in risk & regulation, digital assets, collateral, sustainability, and broader transformation agendas.The role:This role is an opportunity to lead PMO tasks across a wide variety of client enagegements in the Capital Markets industry. As the business grows, there will also be opportunities for consultants to progress, and take on responsibility for new and existing practice areas.The candidate:Successful candidates will:Have spent at least 3 years working in a major consultancy (Big 4, Accenture etc)Have spent this time working with Investment Banks, Market Infrastructure providers and other Capital Markets firmsHave significant PMO experienceHave a desire to work for a fast-growing, boutique consultancyThe logistics:My client offers a salary up to £65K, dependent on experience, with prosperous company benefits.
