Job Title: Estimator
Location: Nottingham
Salary: up to £37k
Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours Monday Friday
Type: Permanent

A privately owned, well-established contractor with an enviable client list, now require a Estimator to join their team on a permanent basis. Focussed on Small Works projects within the Midlands, the successful candidate will survey properties in order to produce costings for maintenance, D&B and refurbishment projects.
Duties and responsibilities
- Site Visits
- Produce estimates
- Client liaison.
- Working with Subcontractors to obtain accurate cost estimates.
It is essential or preferrable that you have the following experience, qualifications or skills;
- Driving Licence (required)
- One year experience estimating or surveying properties
- A trade background would be preferable.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programmes.
- Experience working with schedule of rates.
