We are representing a Family office and Development Company who are delivering a 20+ year project and have mandated us to strengthen their small team of highly experienced property professionals.This is a career defining mixed-use scheme that is complex in nature and will incorporate residential, BTR / PRS, later living, retail space, commercial offices and light industrial units. All being driven forward with a genuine placemaking mindset.We are looking for:Cradle to grave development exposureSolid engineering / technical comprehension of land parcelsExperience of land disposal for a mixture of purposesEntrepreneurial approach to commercialising opportunitiesTrack record of stakeholder management and forging commercial partnershipsA breadth of sector experience to reflect the nature of the scheme
