You will be the strategic lead for Account Management, Strategy, Data Strategy, CX, DX, CRM & CRO capabilities, driving transformative change and embedding a performance mindset.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• 5+ years in digital customer strategy, eCommerce, CRM, performance marketing, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and trend identification.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools & technologies.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, digital media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• A/B testing, multivariate testing, and campaign performance evaluation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in brand and creative strategy.
