Arthur are partnered with a General Insurer who are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join their Customer Journey team to improve and develop the customer journey. This is a full time, permanent position operating on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office).


Main Duties:

  • Educate the business and senior leadership team on customer journey
  • Assist with strategic plans and projects based off data insights
  • Establish and implement CX plans across the group
  • Build dashboards / data tracking


Experience/Qualifications:

  • x5 years within a Customer Experience/Insights role
  • Insurance background (ideally general insurance)
  • CX recognised qualification
  • Team management experience is advantageous but not essential
