Arthur are partnered with a General Insurer who are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join their Customer Journey team to improve and develop the customer journey. This is a full time, permanent position operating on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office).
Main Duties:
- Educate the business and senior leadership team on customer journey
- Assist with strategic plans and projects based off data insights
- Establish and implement CX plans across the group
- Build dashboards / data tracking
Experience/Qualifications:
- x5 years within a Customer Experience/Insights role
- Insurance background (ideally general insurance)
- CX recognised qualification
- Team management experience is advantageous but not essential
