The HR Booth are delighted to be recruiting a Sous Chef, on behalf of Forbes of KingennieWho are Forbes of Kingennie?Forbes of Kingennie Resort have much to offer visitors of all ages, whether looking for pure relaxation or activity-packed holidays in Scotland. We are the ideal touring base, being virtually at the geographical 'hub' of Scotland in Angus near Dundee and Tayside, with the most extraordinary variety of wonderful scenery on our doorstep.What will you be doing?Forbes of Kingennie have an excellent restaurant, and it would be your responsibility to motivate, inspire and manage the team to produce food to the highest standard. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, and have experience in a similar position. You will be passionate about delivering high quality, seasonal food.Health and Safety Management is an important aspect of this role, ensuring safe use of equipment and safe systems of work.
