Your role will involve: Assisting the student with daily classroom activities and assignments. Implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting learning materials. Supporting the student's social and emotional development. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure a cohesive approach to the student's education. Monitoring and recording the student's progress and communicating findings effectively. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role or working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is preferred. A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff. Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEN support is a plus.
