Project ManagerLocation: Home based - must be a UK resident Salary: Up to £45kRole purpose:As a Project/Fixture Manager, the responsibilities will be to lead and develop their own projects, develop their own customer relationships, ensure project delivery is excellent at all times, ensure any H&S excellence is in line with company / client procedures as required, ensure that projects are profitable in line with client & company budget and always looking for ways to exceed / improve the ways of working.MAIN REPONSIBILITIESDevelop information into workable projects by working with the latest sales floor plans, installers survey information, architects scoping document and client’s briefForm feasibility cost plans from the above informationWork with the clients PQS to ensure all costs are submitted in a timely manner and to project timelinesLoad the equipment requirements to the new call off systemProgramme & phase the equipment in line with the installer’s/clients’ requirementsWork with the installers/client to ensure all survey/costing requirements are coveredRequest quotes to build cost plansWork alongside ACC to ensure any required equipment and transport has been includedForm Cost Plans and order documents for equipmentAttend teams call to review costs and phasingPlace and monitor equipment orders to ensure they are placed in a timely mannerAdjust equipment orders and costs as new drawings are issuedPerform project administration throughout the projectWork with installers reports to capture any requirementsComplete any snagging/additional works as the project continuesCommercial – ensure cost plans, quotes, orders, phasing are all accurate and up to date, complete final accountsEnsuring all projects are delivered to exacting standards, on time and in budget.Ownership – Own and develop projects from start to completion – show leadership qualitiesProfitability – always aiming to deliver within budget and looking at ways to increase/improve the ways of working Always aiming to deliver within budget margins. Ensuring cost plans/orders are accurate and produced on time every timeH&S – ensure company policies and standards are maintained at all timesQuality – always looking to deliver a “right first time” approach – aiming to get to a defect free handover.Innovation – look to ensure we are market leaders developing our processes.KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Background in Retail / Fitout /construction / Installations / Shelving systems and ancillariesProject Management experienceRetail experienceAccountability – demonstrable experience of managing projects, commercial process and H&SGood communication skillsUse of Microsoft Office programmesTime and workload managementDevelop and maintain customer relationshipsWork under pressure to deadlinesAbility to work on your own initiative and to keep to the client’s timescalesWorking as part of a team is essential
