You will ensure that all day-to-day operational aspects of the retail store are managed effectively & support the Store Manager. You will be creating a fun and exciting environment for customers to come in and shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service every day! You must be prepared to lead your team from the front during peak times.
