EXCLUSIVE to 360 Recruitment** Permanent Senior Project Manager Site based only - Nottingham and Derby £70,000-£80,000 This is a newly created role for a Senior Project Manager to oversee 2-3 developments across Nottingham and Derby. Projects ranging from £2.5million - £7million. This is working for a small bespoke company and therefore you must have the drive to get stuck in and have real ambition to grow with the business. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, budgets, and risk management plans. Lead project execution, ensuring that all aspects of the project are progressing according to the plan. Manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently, and costs are controlled. Monitor project expenditures and ensure that projects stay within budget.  Experience: 5+ years of experience in the construction industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
