Full Stack Developer - Healthcare

Role: Full Stack Developer (Front End) Job Type: Permanent Location: London (Hybrid) Do you have knowledge in the design and management of relational databases? As a Full Stack Developer , you will work on cutting-edge projects, develop robust and scalable applications and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The role will involve designing and developing user-friendly web interfaces using Angular and related technologies. Develop, maintain and optimise queries, stored procedures and database structures. Work with Azure Cosmos DB to manage and scale distributed data systems. Develop and deploy RESTful APIs that interact with front-end applications and external systems. Work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Identify and fix performance bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end systems. Debug issues across the entire stack and perform root cause analysis. Continuously monitor application performance and make improvements to ensure high availability and responsiveness. Extensive experience with cloud technologies Azure or AWS. Extensive hands-on experience with front-end including Angular, React, Razor Pages. Experience with NET Core, API and microservices development. Azure/AWS Pipeline experience CI/CD Familiarity greatly preferred. Openness to full-stack work with an emphasis on Front-End work. Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.
