Service Transition Lead

A job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Transition Lead to join a highly established organisation during a period of rapid technical and business transformation. The Service Transition Lead will be responsible for ensuring smooth transitions of new and updated services into live service. You will collaborate with several IT teams, conduct impact assessments, implement effective transition plans to minimise service transitions and facilitate the transition of service change aspects from the project teams through transition to service management. The Service Transition Lead will take responsibility for the service transition process within the project management methodology.
