Marketing Support Administrator

The opportunity:
A global food company with an amazing culture & brands have a very exciting opportunity to join their European Marketing team, as a Marketing Support Administrator.
For a budding marketeer, this would enable you to get involved in a variety of projects which contribute to the growth of their three brands – Blue Dragon, Pataks and Al’Fez.
You will work closely with the EU brand team & internal project teams to ensure the delivery of a range of marketing projects, with a specific focus on artwork amends.
It is a great first role in Marketing !
What will my key accountabilities be?
- Leading the generation of European artworks, including design changes on labels. This will involve liaising with their external agency partners.
- Fostering strong collaborations with internal teams, particularly the EU Marketing & Artwork Delivery Team, to ensure coordination and alignment
- Working with the Project Manager on process review, using best practice, continuous improvements and sharing with wider business
- Attending and on occasions leading project team meetings to ensure projects continue to progress to delivery, sharing with the relevant team members
- Managing critical path and deadlines, addressing any issues or delays when necessary
- Providing additional support to the wider team as required, for example processing customer sample requests, supporting in creating product mock ups and sending merchandise to out partners

- Team player with desire to be involved, willing to offer up help to the team and look for opportunities to support rather than wait to be asked
- Ideally experience of working in an FMCG environment – but not essential
