What you'll be doing: As a FP&A Manager you will. * Deliver high quality, insightful financial reporting for the performance of the business, including revenue, costs, capital and cashflow * Help lead the FP&A function in being a strategic business partner (as defined by the Finance Strategy) that add value and are seen by the business as trusted advisors * Lead cost management, providing expertise and insight into all matters relating to costs across the People’s Partnership Group * Deliver reports on actual performance, as required, for Executive Committee and Board, ensuring reports are accurate, insightful and free from errors/typos What we’re looking for: * Experience of working in financial services and pensions industry preferable * Excellent analytical skills(systems experience desirable), with ability to think independently and draw conclusions * A team player who can work with stakeholder in the wider finance team and other functions to achieve objectives. * Understand the financial performance of business What you can expect from us: * Generous pension contributions with an employer contribution of up to 14% * Real living wage * 25 days starting annual leave allowance (rising with service) plus your birthday off * Onsite Parking (in Crawley offices) * Income protection, critical illness cover & death in service insurance * Work from abroad policy for all levels * Employee healthcare * Parental and adoption leave * Learning & development opportunities, paid for professional qualifications and study support * Travel season ticket loans * Subsidised restaurant in our Crawley office * Volunteering days and charity payroll giving * Onsite gym * Ride-to-Work scheme * Social clubs and events You can learn more about how we support our employees on our website Disability Statement People's Partnership is an equal opportunities employer.
