We are currently recruiting for a world leading manufacturer in their field, they own companies across 100+ countries, have over 300 factories, 25,000+ employees and sales of £9+ billion in FY 2022. Last year alone they put their name to 85 new patents and invested over £190million into R&D/Innovation. The variety of subsidiaries create a range of solutions, all predominantly based around protecting, bonding or reinforcing materials.
Role: You will be responsible for - Be an expert consultant and trusted advisor for architects, surveyors, contractors and resellers allowing them to develop mutually beneficial relationships Undertakes surveys including core samples, generates condition reports, specifications & quotations Takes ownership of the decision maker Delivers the targets and objectives set by the Project Specification Manager showing initiative to create effective delivery plans Provides & presents CPD presentations to target customers and potential clients
Candidate: The ideal candidate will - Has experience of specification sales market ideally within the construction industry Someone who can influence others and demonstrate leadership traits Self-reliant and resilient Excellent presentation skills Self-motivated and results driven Able to build strong customer relationships Lives on area (East London/Kent/Essex)
Package: Basic Salary: from £50,000 - £57,000 Bonus: UNCAPPED – OTE 40% of basic salary Car Allowance: £6,000 + 45ppm (or company car) 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Company credit card Up to 26 weeks contractual sick pay Up to 8% contribution pension scheme Private healthcare Life assurance Employee assistance program Long service awards
