Class 1 Driver

CLASS 1 DRIVER MONDAY - FRIDAY (OCCASIONAL SATURDAYS) START TIMES £15.00 - £17.00 PER HOUR People Solutions are recruiting experienced Class 1 Drivers to work for our well-established client based in Barnsley. This role will require the driver to make store deliveries of up to five stores per day and occasional collections. This role may become permanent for the right candidate. Benefits Site Parking Weekly Pay Potential to become permanent Rates of Pay Monday to Friday £15.00 per hour Saturdays £17.00 per hour Day to Day Duties Drive a class 1 vehicle safely and efficiently Make on time store deliveries Make up to five store deliveries (route dependant) Occasional collections Tail-lift work Use of a pump truck Abide by company policies and procedures Comply with driving rules and regulations Essential Skills Hold a valid UK Category CE licence Hold UK CPC and UK Digital Tachograph Card Have a minimum of twelve months experience driving CE vehicles Maximum of six penalty points with no major endorsement codes Work in a professional manner Excellent communication skills Positive 'can do' attitude Excellent customer service skills Desirable Experience Experience of covering store delivery work with the use of tail lift and pump trucks Training Driving assessment required Apply Apply today by clicking below TPBN1_UKTJ
