Behaviour Buddy Job Title: Behaviour Buddy Salary/Rate: £92.49 - £98 per day Location: Liverpool (L20) Milk Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Buddy for a school in the L20 area of Liverpool to work with a KS2 child who is a looked after child ( LAC ) who needs a great role model and support to increase their confidence in their learning and develop good relationships with other children and peers. Join our mission to Make Life Kind in the classroom and beyond… Behaviour Buddy Role & Responsibilities: ● Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students ● Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs ● Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate ● Deliver catch-up sessions ● Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people ● Must have a passion for education ● Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills ● Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher Why choose Milk?
