Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a security expert for business units and stakeholders, offering guidance on best practices.
  • Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct security assessments and reviews for products, services, and technologies.
  • Influence IT and OT security designs and architectures.
  • Manage enterprise application security and ensure effective vulnerability remediation.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects in cyber security.
  • Respond to internal and external audit inquiries.
  • Contribute to IT security training and awareness programs.
  • Stay current with evolving threats and industry standards.
  • Build strong relationships with security partners and collaborate closely with Governance, Risk Management, and Data Protection teams.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of OT and IT security standards (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, GDPR).
  • Expertise in incident management, digital forensics, crisis response, and SOC operations.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK.
  • Proven experience in a senior cyber security role with a global scope.
  • Skilled in zero trust security models and cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure and related tools.
  • Experience in security testing, incident response, and improving operational security measures.
  • Ability to lead a diverse team and effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
