This rapidly growing organisation is looking for a Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join their dynamic and forward-thinking Health and Safety team. The role will be based in Gloucester, covering sites in the surrounding region. Key Responsibilities: Leading the documentation and investigation of workplace incidents Providing expert advice and driving improvements in health, safety, and wellbeing across the business Conducting audits, inspections, and producing reports on health and safety performance at various sites Collaborating closely with site teams to develop and implement effective solutions to health and safety challenges, and sharing best practices across the organisationThe Successful Candidate Will Have: Relevant experience and background in rail, civils, or related industries NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification Excellent communication and leadership skills A strong passion for health and safety, with a proven track record of driving improvementThe role will involve frequent travel to various project sites, so a valid UK Driver's Licence is essential.
